PERSONALLY
As a previous Executive manager in the Country Club world, I know first-hand the time and effort put in by the managers at the Clubs. That being said, it was invaluable to me to have relationships with Vendors who were always following up with my needs on an ongoing basis. Now that I am out of the operations, I feel I can collaborate seamlessly with the managers in using Grady’s expertise in all facets of food service equipment and small wares opportunities. My experience includes hospitality and restaurant management, customer service, P&L responsibility, foreclosure management and assistance, program design, and countless homeowner orientations of new resort projects. I have been the recipient of multiple awards for excellence in customer service. I am enthusiastic about serving my clients and customers to ensure seamless and memorable ownership transactions that result in the highest possible financial recovery.
