About the speaker, kathy o'neAl
- 25+ years of private club experience and Owner and CEO of Club, Resorts and Hospitality Consulting, LLC.
- Served as Senior Vice President of ClubCorp for over 25 years
- Authored research manuals for the National Golf Course Owners Association and the National Golf Foundation
- Twice named among "Most Influential Women in Private Club Industry" by Boardroom Magazine
- First woman to be invited to address the Chinese Club Managers Association.
- Served as Chief Development Officer for Catholic Charities Dallas for over two years. The organization assists over 100,000 in the Dallas community annually in the areas of homelessness, hunger, adoption, financial stability and disaster relief.
- Served on boards for MD Anderson Cancer Research Hospital, Executive Women's Golf Association, First Tee of Dallas and Executive Women's Roundtable.
- Received a BA from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from SMU
