This education session will be centered on four main areas critical to effective governance and long-term success. Informed Leadership will ensure that board members are educated, prepared, and aligned in their decision-making. Strategic Stewardship will emphasize responsible capital planning, innovation, and clarity of board and committee roles. Empowered Management and Team will focus on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while ensuring effective performance systems are in place. Finally, Compelling Member Experiences will highlight the importance of aligning with the club’s mission, vision, and values to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and relevance. Together, these focus areas will create a foundation for strong governance, clear leadership alignment, and a thriving club community.
